## Abstract Insulinβlike growth factors (IGFβI, IGFβII) and their binding proteins (IGFBPβ1β6) play a key role in cell proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis, suggesting possible involvement in carcinogenesis. Several epidemiological studies show associations of IGFs with prostate cancer. We
