The cytoplasmic and chloroplast tRNAs of Euglena gracilis Z strain were fractionated by twodimensional gel electrophoresis and identified by aminoacylation. Purified chloroplast tRNAs, labeled in vitro with 13zPl, were hybridized to endonuclease restriction fragments of chloroplast DNA, allowing the
