The enantioselectivity of chiral stationary phases (CSP) with ovomucoid and cellulase proteins as chiral selector, towards twenty-four E-blocking agents has been evaluated. On both phases, influences of hydrophobicity, mobile phase modifier content and mobile phase pH on retention behaviour and enan
