✦ Synopsis

AB!FfRACT

A study on the possibility of developing biogas power generating system from layer's farming is presented. The farm consists of 300,000 heads of layer producing gOO0 kg&y rky weight of the chicken dung. The gas will be used in a combined heat and power system to meet the energy requirements of the farm. The solid residue from the biogas digestor vufll be sold as fertiliser. It is envisaged that this study till promote wider application of the system in Mdaysia.

## Abstract This paper presents a new generalized method of modelling of any kind of shunt and series faults as single or simultaneous faults in arbitrary combination. The proposed approach can be used for conventional fault studies for the steady‐state model based on the nodal admittance represent

Marginal outage costs are an important component of electricity spot prices. This paper describes a methodology based on quantitative power system reliability techniques for calculating these costs in generating systems. The proposed method involves the calculation of the incremental expected unserv
