Abstract
This paper presents a new generalized method of modelling of any kind of shunt and series faults as single or simultaneous faults in arbitrary combination. The proposed approach can be used for conventional fault studies for the steadyβstate model based on the nodal admittance representation as well as for fault simulations under transient conditions by means of the EMTP/ATP program. This method has been developed for phase coordinates but it is also suitable for any modal coordinates. The purpose of this paper is to show the incorporation of these fault conditions in the EMTP/ATP algorithm.

## Abstract Fault diagnosis of analogue circuits is essential for analogue and mixedβsignal systems testing and maintenance. A new method is proposed in this paper for multiple fault diagnosis of linear analogue circuits in frequency domain. The Woodbury formula is applied to the modified nodal equ
This paper presents an approach for a generic fault isolation (FI) concept for telecommunication systems in the access network area. Based on a distributed processor architecture, a universal software structure for a FI unit is proposed. It is able to isolate faults, field replaceable units and is e
