The First 1,10-Diaza[2.2]metacyclophanes -Strained Medium Membered Heterocycles. -The title compounds are prepared using high dilution techniques. Compound (Ic) is one of the most strained antihetera[2.2]metacyclophanes known, as evidenced by NMR spectroscopy and quantum chemical calculations.
