pyrazolophanes by Sequential Intermolecular-Intramolecular Nitrilimine Cycloadditions.

-Nitrilimines generated in situ from hydrazonyl chlorides such as (I) and (IV) undergo cyclization to mono-and bispyrazolophanes which are of interest in supramolecular chemistry.
