✦ Synopsis

Synthesis and Magnetic Properties of Nd (Fe, Mo, Ti) 12 Zx (Z: N, H). -NdFe 10+x Mo 2-2x Tix compounds with 0 ≀ x ≀ 1.0 are prepared by using the reduction-diffusion process with superfine oxides as starting materials. With increasing Ti content, the intrinsic magnetic properties are improved. The interstitial compounds NdFe 10+x Mo 2-2x TixZy (Z: N, H) are found to exhibit significant enhancement of the intrinsic magnetic properties upon nitrogenation.
