✦ Synopsis
Synthesis and Biological Evaluation of α,α-Difluorobenzylphosphonic Acid Derivatives as Small Molecular Inhibitors of Protein-Tyrosine Phosphatase 1B.
-Title compounds (V) and (XI) are prepared by a Stille coupling reaction sequence. It is shown that desired inhibitory activity towards protein-tyrosine phosphatase 1B correlates with introduced ethynyl, (E)-styryl, phenylethynyl and bismethylsulfonamide groups.
