## Abstract In this study, a novel route to (−)‐limonidilactone analogues **10**, **11** by way of stereoselective reaction of andrographolide (**5**) from **8**, **9** was reported. The anti‐tumor and __α__‐glucosidsae inhibition activities of some synthetic compounds were screened.
