Preparation and Some Properties of Tetragonal Nanocrystalline Titanium Dihydride.

-Reaction of titanium powder with ammonia in the presence of 10 wt.% NH 4 Cl provides TiH 2 and titanium nitrides in ratios strongly depending on the Ti-particle size and the reaction temperature.
