Interaction of P2S5-Pyridine with Enamines. Synthesis and Reactions of 1,6-Trimethylene-5-cyano-2-mercapto-1,3,2-diazaphosphorine-2thione.

-A new synthetic approach to the title diazaphosphorinethione (IV) based on the reaction of enamines such as (III) with P2S5/pyridine is presented. The obtained phosphorinethione (IV) is then subjected to S-alkylation (→ (VI), (X)) and subsequent amination reactions (. fwdarw. (VIII)).
