## Abstract A novel Fe(II)β€”binaphthyl‐based phenanthroline complex is successfully applied as catalyst in the asymmetric epoxidation of acyclic Ξ²,β‐disubstituted enones to give the corresponding oxiranes (II) and (V) in up to 92% optical purity.
