✦ Synopsis
1997 zirconium, Zr zirconium, Zr I 4400 08 -015 (enH2)0.5(Zr2(PO4)2(HPO4)F)•H2O (I), a Novel Zirconium Fluoride Phosphate with Open-Framework Structure.
-The title compound (I), prepared by hydrothermal reaction of ZrOCl2. times.8 H2O, ethylenediamine monohydrate, H3PO4, and HF at 180 • C, represents the first zirconium fluoride phosphate with microporous 3D structure. According to the single crystal XRD data, the structure of (I) (monoclinic, C2/c, Z = 8) consists of slightly distorted ZrO6 and ZrO5F octahedra which are coordinated by PO4 and PO3(OH) tetrahedra. In the 3D framework thus formed the protonated enH2 ions and half of the water molecules are located in octacyclic channels. The residual water molecules reside in smaller channels. -(KEMNITZ, E.;
