Synthesis of Oxazolinyl Aziridines. -Lithiation of chloromethyl oxazolidines and trapping with Schiff bases yields oxazolinyl aziridines. Lithiation of these products provides the corresponding aziridinyl lithiums which can be converted to a series of functionalized aziridines.
