A Regio-and Stereocontrolled Method for Preparing 3,3-Diarylacrylamides.

-The Pd-catalyzed arylation of arylpropiolamides with aryliodides provides a regio-and stereoselective synthesis of 3,3-diarylacrylamides (III). By judicious choice of (I) and (II) both the (E) and (Z)-isomers can be prepared in an independent fashion. -(HAY, L. A.;
