Abstract
The condensation reaction of glycine and alanine hydroxamic acids with piperidone (II) regioselectively affords the title spiro compounds (III), which are capable of enhancing sensitivity of P388 and L1210 leukemias in mice models to the known anticancer drugs cisplatin and cyclophosphamide.
