✦ Synopsis
A series of alkylene amine phenols including En(AP),, Pn(AP),, DmPn(AP),, Bn(AP), and Pent(AP),, were synthesized and complexations of the amine phenols with a trace-level 99mTc0; were undertaken in the presence of St*+. The %Tc-amine phenol complexes obtained were characterized simultaneously by solvent extraction, TLC, electrophoresis and HPLC. The labeling yield, neutrality, lipophilicity and stability of the %Tc-amine phenol complexes were sufficiently investigated. The chemical behaviors of the complexes of no-carrier-added %Tc with the amine phenols found in observed study are related to the lengths of hydrocarbon backbones of the ligands.
