Excitonic energy transfer in mixed-stack charge transfer (CT) crystals doped with anthracene was studied within the temperature range 5-300 K using optical, spectroscopic and kinetic techniques. Excitons were found to be self-trapped at low temperature and mobile at higher temperatures, with the act
