The original article to which this Erratum refers was published in Human Mutation 25: 396-409 (2005). In the last sentence of the paragraph on DHPLC under Materials and Methods (page 398, lines 10-11), it was stated erroneously that exon 8 of the RB1 gene is not translated. Exon 8 is translated. How
