## Abstract Respective utilities of the fresh and frozen (after a 10‐month storage at −21 °C) krill for precipitate production by means of partial autoproteolysis within 10–60 °C were compared. The highest yield of the precipitate was found at about 20 °C, regardless of the raw material used, altho
