Studies were carried out on glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6P-DH) during the differentiation of rabbit bone marrow erythroid cells. It was found that G6P-DH, although displaying a 7-fold activity decrease, did not change the relative amounts of its three dimeric forms. Using homogeneous enzyme
