Magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) and perfusion of central pontine myelinolysis (CPM) have been rarely reported. One case of CPM that developed after liver transplantation was analyzed with serial diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI), MRS and MR perfusion. During the acute phase, a pontine lesion sh
