## Abstract This study describes the preparation and characterization of new ionomer blend membranes containing sulfonated poly(ether imide) (SPEI) and poly(ether sulfone) (PES). Thermogravimetric analysis indicated that the obtained blend membranes were more thermally stable than the parent SPEI.
