## Abstract In this paper, design consideration of the cascode configuration in low‐noise amplifiers (LNA) using 0.13‐μm CMOS technology is presented. Performance factors of LNAs such as signal power gain, noise factor, and power consumption are analytically expressed in device parameters from its

## Abstract An ultra‐wideband (UWB) low‐noise amplifier (LNA) that consists of two cascode and shunt feedback stages is presented. The measurement results show the maximum gain (S~21~) of 11.9 dB with the 3‐dB band from 2 to 6.5 GHz and return losses (S~11~, S~22~) of less than βˆ’7.8 dB from 2 to 11
