โฆ Synopsis
Hall coetkient, conductivity, magneto-resistance, and thermoelectric emf'of natural pyrolusite (p-MnO,) arc measured and interpreted in the scnsc of getting data on (Hall-) mobility and carrier concentration. Previous results of Das[4] are included and compared. Investigated were solid samples as well as powder. Both are n-type semi-conductors, as supposed already by previous authors[2-4]. The carrier concentration is situated between 0.3 and 4. IO" cnm3. Uberblick-Hall-Konstante, Leitfaehigkeit, magnetische Widerstandsacnderung und Thcrmokraft von natuerlichem Pyrolusit (fi-MnO,) sincl gemessen worden. (Hall-) Beweglichkeit und Traegerkonxentration werden daraus ennittelt. Fruchere Ergebnisse von Das[4] wetden zum Vergleich hemngezogen. gowohl massive Proben als such Pulver werden untersucht.
