In connection with indirect Raman di β erence spectroscopy, a method which has been suggested for measuring Raman wavenumber shifts between two di β erent samples with a multi-channel spectrometer, the behaviour of the calibration of the spectrometer with temperature changes was studied. The aim of th
## Abstract We show that the plasma lines of a Kr^+^ laser can be used for the calibration of a Raman spectrometer. We have tabulated the absolute values of the plasma lines as well as the shift of these lines relative to the laser lines.
The gamma-ray spectrometer onboard the Near Earth Asteroid Rendezvous spacecraft will measure gamma rays from the surface of 433 Eros in the 100-keV to 10-MeV energy region. Detection of characteristic gamma-ray emissions from such elements as O, Si, Fe, Ca, Ti, Mg, Al, H, K, Th, and U will allow th
