β¦ Synopsis
Technique for calculation of the 'van't Hoff's' or temperature components of the thermodynamic characteristics of ionic association processes taking place in individual solvents is proposed. The calculation is based on the equations of ionic association constant most common in literature. Advantages of using the 'van't Hoff's' components rather than the integral thermodynamic characteristics for analysis of ionic equilibria are considered.

Some approaches have been developed which allow to divide thermodynamic functions of the ion association processes in two components. The first component belongs to the process, the second one is caused by the temperature dependence of the dielectric permittivity of the solvent. The theory is confir
## Abstract __Considering the ionic nature of ionic liquids (ILs), ionic association is expected to be essential in solutions of ILs and to have an important influence on their applications. Although numerous studies have been reported for the ionic association behavior of ILs in solution, quantita
