Abstract

Nitriloxide reagieren mit Bis(trimethylsily)acetylen (1) zu 4,5‐disilylierten 3‐Alkyl‐ bzw. 3‐Arylisoxazolen 6–8. Die entsprechende Reaktion einseitig silylierter Acetylenderivate, wie Mono (trimethylsilyl)acetylen (2), 3,3‐Dimethyl‐3‐sila‐1,4‐pentadiin (12) und 3,3,4,4‐Tetramethyl‐3,4‐disila‐1,5‐hexadiin 13) führt nahezu ausschließlich zu 5‐silylierten Produkten 9–11 und 14, 15. 3‐Methyl‐4,5‐bis(trimethylsilyl)isoxazol (6) läßt sich selektiv in 4‐Brom‐3‐methyl‐5‐(trimethylsilyl)isoxazol (16) überführen.
