✦ Synopsis

BmP (bromo tris(dimethylamino) phosphonium hexafluorophosphate) is a particularly suitable reagent for coupling N-methylated amino acids. It is stable and gives very high yields in short reaction times. Dipeptides are obtained without appreciable epimerization.
