A new method, using the finite-difference boundary value method, is proposed for finding the wavefunctions and energies of shape-resonance states in atomic collisions. A numerical illustration is presented for the l = 50 states of OH (X2II).

Two new criteria for the prediction of a resonance state are proposed and compared with previous citeria. Numerical comparisons are presented for the Z = 60 states of OH (X2lQ.
Collisions of highly anharmonic, weakly bound quantum clusters with atoms and molecules were studied by time-dependent calculations. Collinear collision models were assumed, and systems studied included (H,),, (D2)2, B-H\*, (H2)3, (D,), in encounters with Li atoms or Hz molecules. Substantial surviv
## Abstract A quantum kinetical equation for the oneβparticle density operator for inhomogeneous multi component nonβideal gases is derived taking into account retardation effects and external fields. It is shown that the interactions give rise to additional contributions to the quantities in the t
