Vinylferrocene was polymerized by means of anionic initiators such as n-BuLi, s-BuLi and distyryl disodium in tetrahydrofuran as solvent. In all cases the polymerization shows the characteristics of a living polymerization. Depending on the sequence of the monomer addition, either block copolymers o
