The title compound, [Pd 2 Cl 2 ("-C 6 H 5 Se) 2 (C 18 H 15 P) 2 ], crystallizes as a centrosymmetric phenylselenolato-bridged dinuclear palladium complex. The Pd atom shows a slightly distorted square-planar coordination geometry, with the PdÐSe distance trans to the terminal Cl À ligand at 2.4174 (

✦ Synopsis
Colourless crystals of the title compound, [Cu 2 (C 4 N 3 ) 2 -(C 18 H 15 P) 4 ], were obtained by the reaction of CuC(CN) 3 with excess of molten PPh 3 . The crystal structure contains centrosymmetric dimeric units bridged by two C(CN) 3 ligands. The Cu atoms have a distorted tetrahedral coordination.
