The title compound, C 11 H 11 N 7 O 4 , possesses crystallographically imposed C 2 symmetry. The two side chains are twisted in opposite directions from the mean plane of the pyridine ring. C-HÁ Á ÁO interactions link symmetry-related molecules into two-dimensional layers perpendicular to the a axis.
