✦ Synopsis


A bioelectrocatalytical method for the glucose contents in foodstuffs is proposed. Conserving the advantages of the photometrical enzymic methods, it is rapid, simple and economizing, too. It is also much better than certain bioelectrocatalytical methods with which the glucose is determined indirectlyby 02 or H202 concentration change during the reaction:

Glucose + 02 -Gluconolactone + H202.
