## Abstract Rabbit anti‐SII pneumococcal polysaccharide IgG antibody was cross‐linked by dithiobis (succinimidyl propionate). The IgG dimers were visualized by electronmicroscopy and resembled two Y‐shaped structures connected in random orientations. The three arms of the Y's were of equal length.

Fibrinogen showed essentially no binding (KD> 1 mM) to platelet aIIb@ integrin in solution in the presence of Triton or octylglucoside above critical micellar concentrations. Under these conditions the integrin was an a$ monomer. After removal of the detergent from the Triton containing buffer (25 m
A modification of equilibrium dialysis in which a]-acid glycoprotein and plasma compete directly for disopyrarnide has been used in conjunction with binding curves to measure the extent of the al-acid glycoprotein-disopyramide interaction. At concentrations in the therapeutic range, 80-90% of disopy
