## Abstract An equivalent electric circuit of a P‐i‐N photodiode, for the case of the pulse‐light excitation, is derived and incorporated using SPICE. We consider only nonlinearity, which is the result of the change of the photodiode's reverse‐bias voltage. We compare our SPICE model with a previou
