## Abstract The mechanisms of genetic control of IgE responses are exercised at different immunoโ€physiological levels. This study centered upon the development of IgE lineageโ€specific regulatory T cells. Herein, we demonstrate the following points: (a) perinatal administration of soluble self IgE m
