โœฆ Synopsis

Automatic data sampling of tape recorded EEG and subsequent quantitative analysis are performed on a general purpose digital computer (IBM 1800). An analysis epoch of 100 sec is selected from 3 channels of the EEG which after analog-to-digital conversion are stored on the disk storage unit of the computer. The digitized EEG is then analysed in accordance to a modified baseline crossing method. A calculation of quantitative parameters is performed based on the measured period, amplitude and energy content of the EEG waves.
