โฆ Synopsis
The whole oxyhemoglobin dissociation curve of blood can be generated using the Radiometer Dissociation Curve Analyzer (model DCA-1 ), which measures oxygen pressure, oxygen content and pH simultaneously. Thereby the dissociation curve at standard physiological conditions of pH 7.4 and temperature 37ยฐC derived graphically. In this study two methods of acquisition and computation of data, OFF-line and ON-line, are described and compared.
