## Abstract A group of five neurotransmitters with different properties was analyzed using atmospheric pressure photoionization (APPI) and atmospheric pressure chemical ionizationβmass spectrometry (APCIβMS). The sensitivity of the techniques for the analytes was tested in six solvents and in posit
Principal component analysis was used to investigate the spatial distribution of rainfall anomalies in the Fiji Islands. Two components accounted for about 80% of the variance of annual, wet season and dry season rainfalls. Stations were grouped into homogenous areas on the basis of these analyses.
Regression models are developed to predict point rainfall statistics, with potential application to downscaling general circulation model (GCM) output for future climates. The models can be used to predict the mean daily rainfall amount and the proportion of dry days for each calendar month at any s
