## Abstract Amino acid based thioamides, hydroxamic acids, and hydrazides have been evaluated as ligands in the rhodiumโ€catalyzed asymmetric transfer hydrogenation of ketones in 2โ€propanol. Catalysts containing thioamide ligands derived from Lโ€valine were found to selectively generate the product w
