## Abstract Interleukin‐4 (IL‐4) is a cytokine with anti‐inflammatory properties. Tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF‐α), a pluripotent proinflammatory cytokine, plays an important role in the process of numerous inflammatory and autoimmune diseases. We aimed to investigate whether gene polymorphisms
