The fiuorescen~ hfetime, smgiet absorption de-y, and the S1 absorption spectrum of s-tetrazine have been mezsured in C6H6 solution at 300 K. Th? fluorescence was measured usin g a Duguay-Hansen hght gate and the trannent absorption was studied using a picosecond continuum generated from CC4 using a
