## Abstract We irradiated freshly excised skin biopsies with four irradiation regimes usually taken for multiphoton imaging. If there is any skin damaging, it is mainly an effect similar to the damaging effects of UV‐irradiation. Using fluorescent antibodies against cyclobutane‐pyrimidin‐dimers (CP
