Purpose: Recurrent stenosis or occlusion by intimal hyperplasia occurs in up to 40% of patients with tantalum stent implantations in femoropopliteal arteries and greatly restricts their usefulness. We evaluated the effect of prophylactic endovascular radiotherapy on stenosed/occluded stents. Methods
