✦ Synopsis

The title compound, [NiCl(C 7 H 20 N 4 )(H 2 O)]Cl, has the Ni atom in a distorted octahedral coordination with the four amino N atoms occupying a square plane while the chloro and aqua ligands occupy the axial positions. The NiÐN bond distances range from 2.079 (1) to 2.088 (2) A Ê .
