β¦ Synopsis
Abstract
Enhancedβfluidity liquid mobile phases (methanol/H~2~O/CO~2~) were used as eluents in reversedβphase HPLC. The low pressure drop across the column allowed serial connection of microβscale columns to achieve the efficient separation of a coal tar sample. Other applications such as the separation of fat soluble vitamins and probucol and related compounds are shown. Β© 1995 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.

## Abstract Complete regioselective separation of five pairs of isomeric dipalmitoyl polyalkenoyl glycerols with two to six double bonds in the unsaturated acyl residues has been achieved by RPβHPLC on a single ODS column. Four ODS columns with stationary phases containing different percentages of
Chromatography of AMP, NAD+, or NADH on a reverse-phase C,, Porasil B column rapidly removes ammonium formate or potassium phosphate from 90% of the nucleotide. Earlier reports showed these salts could not be separated from nucleotides by conventional desalting using gel filtration.
