✦ Synopsis

A dynamic nwdel of a two-phase electro-organic synthesis loop consisting of a feed mixing stage, reactor and product separator is described. The dynamic response of reactant concentrations in both phases is simulated using a simulation language operating in the Laplace domain. under the operating conditions and inputs chosen for the example synthesis Of adiponitrile the system can be described as inherently stable. The selectivity to adiponitrile is shown to be dependent on both reactor current density and reactant concentration. The structure of the model can be directly transcribed to a process control computer to mimic plant operation.

## Abstract A three‐dimensional model for predicting redox controlled, multi‐species reactive transport processes in groundwater systems is presented. The model equations were fully integrated within a MODFLOW‐family reactive transport code, RT3D. The model can simulate organic compound biodegradat
