## Abstract Antibody‐dependent cell‐mediated cytotoxkity (ADCC) was used to detect HLA‐A, ‐B and ‐C antigens on __in vitro__ cultured urothelial cells of normal or malignant derivation. Alloantisera induced specific lysis of ^51^Cr‐labelted targets by effector lymphoid cells from non‐immune donors.

## Abstract The antibody reactive in antibody‐dependent, cell‐mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC) to influenza virus‐infected cells was measured in two groups of seven volunteers each, before and after immunization with inactivated or live attenuated A/Victoria/3/75 influenza virus vaccines. Age‐matched c
Antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC) exhibited by peripheral blood leukocytes was used as a criterion for assessing immune competence of groups of noncancerous individuals and of treated and untreated cancer patients. The results show that, as a group, leukocytes of nontreated cancer
